Membership Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly or Annual Auto-Billed Memberships
Billing begins immediately upon start of membership.
Memberships renew automatically each month or year on date of initial billing and will be auto-billed to card on file.
Cancellation of Auto-Billed Membership
Cancellation requests should be sent to email@example.com with subject line “Membership Cancellation Request.” Membership cancellations must be received FIVE days prior to renewal to avoid billing for upcoming cycle. When you cancel your membership:
Auto-billing will be terminated.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Prorated refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
Rose City Barbell does not suspend or hold memberships.
Your first cancellation is free of charge. Subsequent cancellations within a 12-month period are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Annual Memberships, Drop-Ins, 1 Week Passes & 10 Packs are Non-Refundable. If you experience an unexpected life change, promptly let us know so we can extend the life of your Multi-Pack or Drop-In.
