Membership Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly or Annual Auto-Billed Memberships

  • Billing begins immediately upon start of membership.

  • Memberships renew automatically each month or year on date of initial billing and will be auto-billed to card on file.

 Cancellation of Auto-Billed Membership

Cancellation requests should be sent to info@rosecitybarbell.com with subject line “Membership Cancellation Request.” Membership cancellations must be received FIVE days prior to renewal to avoid billing for upcoming cycle. When you cancel your membership:

  • Auto-billing will be terminated.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Prorated refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

  • Rose City Barbell does not suspend or hold memberships.

  • Your first cancellation is free of charge. Subsequent cancellations within a 12-month period are subject to a $25 processing fee.

No Refunds

Annual Memberships, Drop-Ins, 1 Week Passes & 10 Packs are Non-Refundable.  If you experience an unexpected life change, promptly let us know so we can extend the life of your Multi-Pack or Drop-In.
