My name is Nick Pavlenko. I've been involved in CrossFit and functional movement for 14+ years. I believe movement is medicinally beneficial to human growth and development. I believe in moving well and then moving often. I'm passionate about continually developing my knowledge and skills in the ever-changing and evolutionary progressive world of human movement and health services. I'm also passionate about helping people achieve/create the best versions of themselves. I've had many different roles over the years of clients growth and development. All the roles helped to strengthen and sharpen my skills at unlocking the best practices of functional movement.
