Training and athletics have been a part of my life since I was a child. I spent most of my time as a young kid at my father’s football practices or his own city league basketball games. As I became older I began to become interested in sports contest of my own. Whether it was football, basketball, track, soccer, or baseball, I wanted to play it all. Once I entered high school, I narrowed my field of focus down to football, basketball, and track and field. Throughout high school I was part of, and played for, three Oregon State Championship teams in all three of those sports. After such 4 successful years at a local Portland Metro high school, I went on to play football for coach Mike Riley at Oregon State on a full scholarship. During my time there, I found a deeper passion for body mechanics and functional movement.

Once my playing days were over, I moved to training myself and others around me to help them become the best athlete they could be. I’m a firm believer that everyone has an athlete within themselves, but some just need help to find it. That mindset and passion took me to Westview High School where I have become the head Jumps coach for the track and field team and the head JV girls soccer team.

My areas of specialty are Strength Training, Combine/Tryout Prep, Injury Rehab, Functional Movement, Athletic Movements, Sports Specific Training, Weightlifting, as well as General Fitness and Weight loss.
