What is Crossfit?

By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

The CrossFit program thrives on data. Whiteboards are generally used as scoreboards. By keeping accurate scores and records, program participants are more motivated to do well.
